DemandDirect LLC provides cost savings to commercial, industrial and institutional grid electricity consumers in the Northeast. The company is a registered Demand Response provider with ISO New England and ISO New York.

DemandDirect identifies and assesses opportunities for customers to reduce their electric consumption and develops a curtailment plan specific to the customer's facility. We supply, at no cost to the customer, the metering and communication systems required to continuously monitor electrical usage and realize reductions when grid operators initiate a power curtailment. We enroll clients in both State and Independent System Operator (ISO)-sponsored Demand Response and other energy curtailment programs. Then we manage capacity, and provide ongoing cash payments to the customer. We also provide the customer with distributed generation solutions to improve reliability, reduce electric use, increase cost savings, and promote the use of renewable energy.
