On-Site Energy Usage Analysis
  • Review operating conditions, customer curtailment issues and electrical consumption history.

Real Time Demand Response Payments

        Enrollment and Achieving "Ready to Respond" status
  • Design required control, metering and communications systems.
  • Procure, install and test the system.
  • Begin continuous load measurement and monitoring.
  • Enroll site in the appropriate Demand Response program.
        Managing Demand Response Program Participation
  • Site power-consumption data is made continuously available to customer, system operator and DemandDirect.
  • Monitor usage. Adjust commitments as required.
  • Reconcile data with the system operator and disburse program payments to customer.
        Curtailment Event Management/Customer Payment
  • Ensure notification to customers is made in advance of an event.
  • Reduce load and/or initiate the emergency generator use.
  • Monitor curtailment performance. Notify customers when event is over for return to normal operations.
  • Reconcile event data with system operator, issue event summary and customer payment.

Other Demand Resources Payments
  • Assess what permanent demand reduction measures qualify.
  • Review measurement and verification methodology.
  • Enroll project in ISO-NE ODR Program on monthly basis.
  • Obtain funds and make payments to customer.

Energy Use Monitoring and Management
  • Provide additional savings through development and implementation of programs to reduce peak demand and obtain funding for load conservation initiatives.
  • Develop programs to monitor, manage, service and control equipment and/or devices to improve overall energy efficiency.

Distributed Generation
  • Conduct feasibility studies and economic analysis for on-site power generation.
  • Install high-quality systems, including emergency generators, co-generation(CHP) and solar/renewable resources.
  • Maximize state-funded monetary rewards and incentives.
